We loved the process of rebranding and developing a new site for one of our favorite local restaurants, Pancuito. Nobody is doing local food quite like Chef Aaron Vandemark, who lists the distance from each farm/purveyor to his Hillsborough restaurant. What he does with these ingredients in his kitchen is distincintly Italian and familiarly Southern and his food has yielded a James Beard nomination, Food & Wine Best New Chef acknowledgement and a host of rave reviews.
