PIEDMONT GROWN
Piedmont Grown is a local food certification program for a 37 county region in North Carolina that launched in June 2011. After branding the non-profit, our energies shifted to their website and specifically the massive online certification system so that they could attract, gather information and approve qualified businesses. The powerful backend is nicely complimented by the strong design and content layout on piedmontgrown.org. The site is geared to allow consumers to easily find truly local food and to spotlight Piedmont Grown certified farms, food artisans, markets, and other local food system businesses.
